When you shop at DVD Dhamaka.com, our intent is to bring you everything you''ve ordered as quickly as possible. There are times, however, when, due to unforeseen circumstances, an item may be temporarily Out of Stock.
Back Order
When this happens, your order will be processed as usual with your credit or bank card charged for the full amount of your order. You will then immediately be sent all items you''ve ordered that are in stock at that time. All remaining items you''ve ordered which are Out of Stock are placed for you on Back Order.
15 to 20 days
We will then make every effort to acquire those items for you and send them out via USPS (at no additional cost to you) to fulfill your order within 15 to 20 days. If we are unable to do so, you credit or bank card will be issued an immediate credit for the amount of your order we were unable to fulfill.

We will always tell you as soon as your order is processed if anything is being placed on Back Order. DVD Dhamaka guarantees that all DVDs shipped to customers are 100% original, non-pirated, unopened, and brand new DVDs.

Defective products may be returned for replacement within 7 days of the receipt of the order. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

All returns must have an RA (Return Authorization) number printed/written on the address label. This number can be obtained by Contacting Us or by emailing to info@DvdDhamaka.com. In the message, please specify DVD title, purchase order number and reason for returning the item.

Merchandise must be returned in its original box or packaging, and must be accompanied by any accessories shipped with it. Returns sent without an RMA, or improperly packaged may be refused.

We recommend all returns be sent back via USPS first class mail, Priority mail, UPS Ground service. Be sure to keep the tracking number for your return shipment.

DVDDhamaka will provide you a replacement of the same DVD as soon as possible. If the DVD is not in stock or is not expected for a long time, we will provide you online store credit to purchase a different item for the same amount.

If any of our CDs/DVDs received by the customer is defective, then within 15 days of the receipt, please call the customer service at 516-855-4545 and arrange to send back the defective piece with the order no. and the date of its purchase to the address mentioned below. (There will be no cash/credit refund for the same.) Please bear in mind that if the faulty DVDs/CDs are returned after 15 days of its receipt, we at DvdDhamaka.com will not be held responsible for the defected product. Please make a Note: Customers will have to bear the cost of sending us the defected product and we shall send them the replacement CDs/DVDs baring the shipment cost of sending it back to the customer as a gesture of good will. | 23 - Can the order be cancelled?
We do apologize, once orders are shipped it cannot be cancelled and therefore there shall be no refunds. If you wish to cancel the order before it is shipped, there is 15% charge back of the whole order which includes the shipping charge.

Billing Address is the address where a customer gets his/her bills from the credit card company. Shipping address is where the customer wants us to deliver their shipment.
