Aasha, a singer, entertained people, never giving them a glimpse of her yearnings, of her pain and loneliness. She meets a truck driver, Deepak, with a melodious voice, which, with some training could become a counterpoint for her talent. And she also loves him. But that was not to be. The truck driver was in love with another girl. That is life. Years later when she meets Deepak again, he thinks his wife is dead. And Aasha hopes to pick up the threads of life and live again.
