Malik (Ajay Devgan) is the lieutenant of a big-time criminal. When the gang’s activities begin to expand, he inducts Chandu (Vivek Oberoi) into the gang too. Malik overthrows the gang-lord and with Chandu’s help, he takes over the leadership, moving the base to Hong Kong in a bid to throw the cops off their trail. In a tragic tu of events, Chandu and Malik begin to drift apart and finally when a misunderstanding occurs between them, they tu bitter enemies. Chandu now flees to Nairobi….
